How to request deletion
- Send an email to devmx.ai@gmail.com from the Google email address you use to sign in.
- Use the subject “Fusionlab account deletion”.
- We confirm the request with you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account information (email, name, profile picture), projects, prompts, uploaded files and generated results.
What may be kept
Credit and transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Any remaining credit balance is lost when the account is deleted. Credits also expire if they are not used within one month (30 days) of being added. See the Privacy Policy.
