2. Account Entitlements & Credit Policy

Generation capabilities require an active subscription, approved trial entitlement, and available credit balance. New accounts start with zero credits. Credits are locked at quote creation and deducted via atomic ledger transactions upon dispatch.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

Users may not generate content that infringes upon copyright, depicts non-consensual sexual material, incites violence, or violates applicable regional laws. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or tamper with ledger balances results in immediate account termination.

4. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you own all rights and title to the outputs generated by your authorized operations through Fusion Lab.
